Lieutenant
Maxwell Scott was wounded leading No. 11 Platoon of No. 3 Company, 15th
Battalion at 2nd Ypres in April 1915. His son David and his family

On
the Centenary of Vimy ridge, the town of Annapolis Royal, NS re-dedicated the
town hall as part of its Vimy
Commemoration. In May 1923, Lt Col Charles Bent, Commanding Officer of the 15th
Battalion, officiated at the laying of the cornerstone of the building then
known as the Soldiers & sailors Memorial Hall – the cornerstone bears his
name. Members of the Bent family and the 15th Battalion Memorial

15th Battalion CSM Louis DeHarte and Sergeant
William Duguid were taken as POWs during the battle of 2nd Ypres in
April 1915, and both were interned at Gottingen, Germany. Their descendants met
while attending the St, Julien centenary parade at the Regimental memorial in
